


Alleghany Properties has developed the hotels and restaurants south of Del Paso Rd. between I-5 and East Commerce and is planning on developing the land south of Arena to the north of San Juan. The future project will include Lowe's, medical offices and a hospital.

“Responding to the communities needs, Alleghany has introduced a 1,400,000 square foot hospital/medical office complex into its existing regional retail application. This intensified development plan maintains a similar amount of office space to that which was originally approved on the Natomas Crossing land, while also accommodating the proposed regional retail project.
