Creekside Neighbors Rally for "Creekside Cleanup"

Heavy rains and fierce winds swept through our community last week, leaving the neighborhood littered with trash, broken fences, and clogged sewers. Last Saturday Neighbors and Friends joined together for the first ever "Creekside Cleanup". Thanks to great organizing by Angelique Ashby, the dedication of several dozen committed neighbors, the support of Lewis Communities, Ray Tretheway's Office, and our friends and allies in Regency Park, our streets and green spaces are once again litter free. Thank you to all those who dedicated your time and energy in the clean up effort! It is just another example of the wonderful community spirit and PRIDE there is in Creekside.

Thank you to all who helped with the cleanup. We weren't able to make it, but appreciate all of you who helped make Creekside look better.

Why stop at just cleaning up the trash? Let's clean up these horribly, unkept unmowed lawns! What a shame to live in homes worth over 250k and can't pay 15 bucks to have your lawn mowed! I am disgusted!
